6 Steps to the perfect TRX Inverted Row:
- Suspend the TRX cables from a high point.
- Grab the ropes’ handles and hang directly underneath them.
- Stretch your arms upwards.
- Lift your body up to the handles just below your chest with your palms facing inward.
- Return to your original role.
- This brings us to the end of one repetition.
